As part of Resy and Delighted Cooking Hospitality’s brand-new dining series– The Area — Chef Matt Abergel popped-up at Simon & & The Whale in New York City for an extremely unique supper on Thursday, April 25th! The Area is a regular monthly dining series consisted of special, one-night-only experiences at the Freehand Hotel and ranges from March through December. For this occasion, Chef Matt dealt with the Simon & & The Whale group to develop a collective, multi-course menu including Chicken and Charcoal’s best-known meals and beverages.
