As part of Resy and Delighted Cooking Hospitality’s brand-new dining series– The Area — Chef Matt Abergel popped-up at Simon & & The Whale in New York City for an extremely unique supper on Thursday, April 25th! The Area is a regular monthly dining series consisted of special, one-night-only experiences at the Freehand Hotel and ranges from March through December. For this occasion, Chef Matt dealt with the Simon & & The Whale group to develop a collective, multi-course menu including Chicken and Charcoal’s best-known meals and beverages. Meatballs, Liver Mousse, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Katsu Sandos, and more! Not to discuss Whisky Lemonades and Shinos. This series is everything about tasting the world’s finest area dining establishments in New york city City and we are so honored to be consisted of.
