Do you really have to? I’m not trying to be rude. I just started aligners a week ago,(of a completely different brand but still) & day 1 was beyond annoying to deal with. My dentist did make me practice removing & putting them on but I just couldn’t get it right for like 20 mins. I’m clase to getting my new trays & I’ve found out that using my R thumb to pick on the inside of the left of the bottom tray & the R index to lift the inner of the bottom tray is the easiest way to get started. Same w the upper ones

It doesn’t work really good, I asked my orthodontist and suggested me to use water and vinegar and to put them in for 10 min, after that I brush with a toothbrush and pop them back in. It works and it’s free

Hello, I use a separate toothbrush for my aligners… that way I don’t have to worry about having leftover soap in my regular toothbrush.

What I found is using denture cleaning tablets discolor the retainers, giving them a yellow hue. The cleaning crystals appear to do the best job of making the retainers look brand new, but they’re obviously more expensive and I was only given a limited number of them.
I use retainer Brite you can buy it off Amazon. It’s affordable

I soak my aligners in plain water every time I take them off, and goggle thoroughly before and after having a meal.
I brush my teeth twice a day – after I wake up in the morning and before going to bed at night, and at the same time I brush my aligners with tooth paste.
