March 8th marks the yearly International Women’s Day– a day to commemorate females’s accomplishments and exposure while challenging the world to call out inequality.

This year’s style is Break the Predisposition.

IWD is a day to raise awareness versus predisposition and do something about it towards developing equality all over the world. A tip to develop areas that worth all voices similarly while motivating continuous discussion around developing encouraging environments for everybody.

Together as a market we should fight predisposition and develop offices where distinctions are valued, needed and commemorated. All of us have an obligation to look for variety and accept addition in our individual lives, at work, and in our neighborhoods.
