TWIL – Ep.2

Another episode of This Week I Discover (TWIL).

This is an “aha” minute with Ashish Kumar throughout Agile Item Ownership class by ICAgile && Agile Visa (Training, Training & & Consulting)

Item ownership should be concentrating on 3 aspects:

1. Company: client, market, competitors, and so on

2. Organisation: ROI, expense per staff member, development, and so on

3. Knowledge/people

I presume points 1 & & 2 are currently simple, aren’t they?. Then why there’s a point 3??

Taking full advantage of the worth of the item will result in the increasing worth of the business or company, concur?. Then, is the item having the capability to doing self-improvement? naturally no. Who can do it? individuals behind it. The more understanding they have, the more possibility they can win the competitors.

Individuals tend to forget that enhancing individuals’s understanding = increasing the possession of the company. Increasing the possession of the company can result in the increasing worth of the business and company.

So, is your group still scared to doing a re-write? or moving into the current innovation stack?, naturally, we should not forget to compute the “financial investment” (require to check out more about this).
