  1. Love how the Scrum Principles was unpacked during this segment. Super Awesome. 👍🏼 #Empiricism

  2. Could you talk about an increment? Does the team need to deliver the increment at the end of the sprint? What happened if the team could not have?

    1. If the team does not have a potentially releasable increment by the end of the Sprint, they still need a Review and Retro to see how to have better future Sprints.

  3. I am going to have an interview, this is so helpful!!!
You guys are amazing 🙂 Thank you
to talk about scrum is it always a must to talk about agile?

  4. A question: How do you handle open space with a scrum who is loud and one team member always complaining about the noise?

  5. Work in a small cross-functional team. Deliver a working increment each sprint. Regularly meet to get better. The 353 concept, of course. One Product Owner. One Product Backlog. 5 Values.

    1. Well-said gentlemen 🙂 Completely lost the empiricism, transparency, inspection and adaptation stuff 😛 btw. doing my PSPO cert this week – fingers crossed 🙂

  6. Superb and compact discussion.. great feeling by having such structured discussion. Thank you:)
