Please note that the short code last digit is 9 not 10(like your form). How to solve it. I have checked settings….>General…..> administrator email address. it is ok.

This tutorial is amazing. It is exactly what I needed! I am having one issue, I can’t get the form to work. I have gone into the notifications settings and added my email along with leaving {admin_email} and no matter what I do I don’t receive anything when I submit a test form in incognito mode.
