Made my first gold purchases in this last month and plan to get on a regular monthly schedule for gold purchases this year. I’m currently awaiting delivery of a 1/10 oz Britannia, a 1/10 oz Maple Leaf, and a 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle. Timing & cost probably played a greater role in my purchase rather than any preference for a specific size.
Moving forward, I’m planning to purchase more 1/10 oz coins as my “International” stack—the Britannia, the Maple Leaf, next a Krugerrand, then a Kangaroo, etc.
For the AGE purchases, I’ll stick with the 1/4 oz as a monthly purchases, with the goal of saving for a 1 oz purchase at the end of summer. Consistency and holding for the long term at the forefront of my thinking.
Holding long term and being consistent are two really good practices.
@Silver Heist : And thank you for your effort with this video. I enjoy your channel! 👍😉
1oz all day, premiums on fractional are prohibitive. Get a combi bar for fractional
Good advice. I did get a Canadian gold MapleGram25. Similar idea. Sheet of 25 —- one gram coins, joined together.
