Love the chair that moves forward but the table looks half a job to me
Pamela Kilponen
a Lagun table would be much better.
Graham Harris
Mate, you need to lose the constant swallowing, makes any presentation hard to handle. Otherwise very thorough.

Hi Peter you’ve just ruined it- 1 read light for front seat, seat won’t go back therefore banging legs under table, fuse box and gas manifold to low, awkward socket, and as i have said before NO underslung fresh/gas tanks therefore having more storage inside and all for £67k no thank you I would buy a 4×4 and put what I want in it.why do u use metric most of your buyers of our age have been schooled in imperal ? why do manufacturers not have a tap offset-do they use the product before putting into production ?
Peter V
I think most viewers (especially with campervans , which often attract younger buyers) are OK with metric measurements now. No one else has asked for Imperial, to my knowledge
Stephen Lynn
Definitely not worth buying as it looks you’ll need to bring a proper table or two to prep food and serve upon, as everything available built in looks very flimsy indeed making it a pain during bad weather or if outside space is limited. Also, what a joke of a wardrobe and that means any suitcase and or backpack will use any space/seating to store it. Lastly, your video is way to long winded making me want to skip through the remainder of the video because you were repeating your comments a lot…….!
Peter V
Actually build quality is very good, much better than many rivals and not at all flimsy. And most viewers seem to like the detail we give… I’d cerainly want an in-depth review if I was spending £67k
Phil Weight
I prefer the bigger shower room (two shower drains, bigger sink) in my 25-year old Autosleeper Transit Duetto.

I’m so pleased I bought a self-build Citroen Relay 3 years ago.
It has all the features necessary to me, 2010, 83k miles, toured all Spain & France in 3 years 80% full-time. And all for £15k.
Probably still same value. I do like this Laika, but £67k…?!
Colin newmarch
Good review Peter, I think the sunroof a waste of storage space, but interesting nevertheless, I think I won’t bother
Peter V
Maybe you’ll prefer the Dreamer that I’ve just filmed – look out for the video on that one!
rod hepburn
too much mony for a small van for us but for some good but not us
James Coughlan
Those 230v sockets below the sink is a terrible idea they should be up behind your coffee machine, water and electricity not a good mix
Peter V
Agree, but I’ve seen worse on some other ‘vans recently
J Rambo
They need a different host.
Peter V
Others seem to quite like me. Sorry, I think I’ll be doing this a while longer – after all, I’ve been reviewing motorhomes for 38 years
graeme roberts
I struggle to really understand why you would pay £70k for a campervan when you could buy an all singing Moho for the same money…..😳😳
Peter V
Because this will fit down roads where a wider motorhome won’t fit. And it’s easier to park and takes up less room on the drive. I’d have the campervan every time, unless going away for months at a time
Nigel K
@Peter V And it won’t leak in a few years

Nice video Peter

Thank you!

Very thorough review, thank you, Peter. You covered the van very thoroughly. I wish though you had shown us the roof view and the innards of the electrical set up. This is of great interest to me, to see how the electrical and plumbing layout is done in Europe, where they store the tanks, what the plumbing looks like, and especially what electrical components they use for an inverter (size), battery monitor, solar charger, solar panels, second alternator, generator, and where they are stored in the van. While it may seem daunting to cover this as a lay person not familiar with electrical components, or van building, I can assure you it is very easy to understand. Once you do, your reviews will gain depth and a wider audience. Amateur van builders like me, will flock to your channel. We are curious about how it is done across the pond.
So this fridge is a compressor model, not a gas run absorption model. I wonder how many solar panels and batteries it takes to power this fridge. It would help us a lot to know. I am here to learn about Euro/UK techno advances in the power grid for vans. Do they do something better than the US?
One area I was very interested in: portable composting toilets. With Italian and French flair for design, and German engineering, there should be some very avant-garde toilet options. The composting toilet consists of a large funnel or ‘Separette’ directing #1 into a small collection jug in front, while a bucket with sawdust collects #2 in rear. There is no water needed to flush, no black waste tank to empty, the toilet is not a fixed unit but can be used anywhere. There are no polluting chemicals. To empty, one simply pours the jug out into a public toilet or onto trees as urea fertilizer, and the bucket liner is closed up and deposited into a public trash bin. The US made toilets are prohibitively pricey at $1000+ for plastic. They are bulky and poorly designed. I could make my own of course, but it is very educational to see what is being constructed in Europe, especially Germany. I had a glimpse of one such toilet briefly, cannot find the video. I would love to see some models featured on your channel. There is a HUGE demand for them here in the US.
On the same theme, it would be profitable for you to review the composting toilets, and other small ‘mods’ (modifications or gadgets) made to ‘Euro vans, such as the mechanisms for dining tables, loft beds, folding seats, tambour doors, and multi-tasking furniture.
1. Euro dining tables fold out with a hinge, are height adjustable, and rotate on an axis, and can slide on a track. Show us what is underneath and how it works. I know where to get the parts in the US, but curious to see UNDERNEATH the table, a view that is never shown in RV tours.
2. Swing down beds over the cab driver area have a massive hinge mechanism. How does this work? What are the hinges attached to in the vehicle to support the weight of 2 moving bodies on them. What holds it up over the Lounge area? I love this bed concept, it is a magical solution to small vans, but still remains a mystery. I’d love to know how this works. Please show us!!!
3. Loft bed on linear actuators that come down over the Lounge area. Please discuss this in greater detail. Show us the slides. What are they attached to? Can we buy the mechanism from the makers? Not the bed, but the linear actuators and bed frame? What is the weight limit on these?
You review the whole motorhome, but what about some videos on gadgets that are new? Show us how they work. That would be so interesting! Thanks for listening.
Rob Hi
Hi Peter, love the Van, can you tell me what the upholstery/colour is called on the passenger/driver seat and dining area. Many thanks, Rob
