So why isn’t anyone talking about this today other than Ron?: “Senate passes historic climate bill.” The House (with zero doubt) will pass this bill and the president will sign it. Among other things, the climate provisions of the bill include new and/or increased subsidies for SOLAR POWER projects, including residential-based solar installations. This is huge as far as funding for green energy goes (I personally don’t like this bill, but it is what it is). We all know that silver plays a vital role in the production of solar panels (Ron has talked about this a lot). So is this the reason silver moved up 4% today, especially in the face of that detrimental (for silver) jobs report from last week? Personally, I think the bill’s huge implication for increased silver demand just might be the catalyst (event) we’ve been waiting for in silver. Fingers crossed….

$15 silver? Now, that would bring me back to buying more silver IF the premiums were reasonable and not
completely nuts, as they have been so recently and still are on some silver products.
$2500 gold? Oh, say it ain’t so! Those of us who are still buying gold would very much like a LOWER price
on gold so we can stack more of it. As for myself, once I meet my gold stacking goal of 100 ozs., the price
can flop and kick all it wants because I will be ready for whatever seems most likely next.

Silver was about 50dollars in 1980,so it’s vastly undervalued, also hardly any silver is recycled, reserves in the ground are being depleted, there are no big high grade finds, futures bright for silver
