You Americans need to stop being so normal! In Canada health care is easier, i dont have to go find the doctors myself if i need something , i dont have to figure out what specialist i need, with the system we have up here in Canada all that is done for you , without even having to ask. Thats how i operate, i want the government to know what i want and need , make sure i have without me ever having to ask for it.

Not allowing procedures to be paid for privately seems like a bizarre decision. Rich people getting better care really isn’t a problem as long as the poor are not seeing a deficit in care in turn. If you allow private procedures, surely that means: A- better care for those who can afford it; B- shorter lines at public facilities because some people go to private instead; C- lower healthcare spending due to not having to pay for procedures for people who could pay for themselves instead; D- no deficit in funding as people using the private system are still paying taxes either way. Surely there is no downside as long as you keep regulating prices properly.

Canadians do have to pay if they call an Ambulance, whereas here in the UK one can call an Ambulance as many times as they want and won’t get charged. Plus, the following healthcare is all Free

What really sucks being who I am. Those crap medications many Americans are on effect me due to the side effects that harm the individuals body who are taking them because MANY did NOT take Care and did NOT care about their HEALTH in the first place with their lifestyles and I AM NIT their SLAVE Healer!!!!!! WHY Gluttony and Laziness and INCEST would be classified as a SIN/CRIME, oh, and sexual promiscuity which that spreads disease.

This is from a Belgian who lives in Canada. And yes, I have also lived in France, Germany and two countries of Western Africa where ai worked for French government jobs. I am going to compare Canadian hospitals not with the ones in Europe , but with my experience in Africa! Today I just brought my wife to the emergency room and I am gonna tell you what happened exactly and honestly. First, we found that the doctors was nice and polite but we left a bit as if … what should we do as my wife was initiated checking in for diarrhea and vomiting. If I was still in Africa, although the countries may be short if equipments or technologies compared to Canada, we would have been explained why she is sick and what should be done. We could have also called a doctor at home instead of queuing in Canadian hospitals. That being said, the other staff (argyle triagea be the reception room we’re not that nice). I think that if you receive someone who is sick, the least you can do is to use the right tone. I remember that I just hesitated by one second and there was this stupid womn who stayed to re-ask: address????? And you know, I just said : “oooohhhhh se adressse ohlalala…. Ah à oui ah oui…. And have the address. To the other stupid Canadian women at the triage (a hospital in Vancouver), she said me tattooed my wife could not speak high enough and I said to her: this is you who should listen more!!! I do not give a damn whatever she does and actually in term of wait, it was quite okay… I was expecting more but the things that I find rubbish and garbage in Canada is the way Canadian hospitals and clinics treat their patients like free patients.’thanks god, I am leaving back to Belgium next year anyway and you Canadians do not be astonished to see why so many immigrants leave your country for good!!! This is not good news for your country at all as you gotta pay more taxes.
