Great stuff but very fast movement / option navigating, and way too much mumbling and loud tutting!

Great video!! Thank you. I have a question: How can I have the header menu steady when i roll down my homepage? Thank you

“Beginners Guide” and u have to pay..
Jamie Marsland
Well, if you want to use Self hosted WordPress you’ll have to buy hosting. You can’t get round that. We wouldn’t recommend you use WordPress.com (which is free to start with) because you can’t install plugins or choose your own theme.

My products are showing in store parent menu, it won’t allow me to change the products to another drop down page,
Jamie Marsland
Hi Dee, im not 100% clear on the question, could you try to clarify?
Dee Wins
@Jamie Marsland hi, thanks for replying. I put all my products online onto wordpress, and it went under the main menu option ‘store’
I wanted the products to be on a different link, as a drop down option called ‘ skin care’ when the consumer clicks shops then skin care appears below and then click and itll bring them to the products. But skin care link shows, and I csnt move the products from ‘store’ page
Jamie Marsland
@Dee Wins ok if you want to email me at [email protected] I’ll help you out – there is a way to do this but easier over email 🙂

Thank you, Jamie Marsland.
Also, is there any way to activate favorite products for clients? And subscription? I mean without instaling another paid plugin.
LE: found myself, thank you!
cadet de România
@Jamie Marsland found myself the way to activate Favourite function for clients. In the example website you just built, how did you made the Shop menu with Departments, Brands and so on? Thank you again and keep up the good work!

When I try to change the text color in the primary navigation and header it doesn’t change the color for some reason. Do you know why this could happen or do you know what resource I should seek out to fix it?
Jamie Marsland
Hi, it sounds like you may not have a menu assigned in menu settings. Let me know if that fixes things 🙂

Hi Jamie, I’m new in wordpress and your video it’s very simple and easy to follow. Unfortunately I saw your video after I builted a website. I have just a little problem. could you help me?I have used elementor and I don;t know if it depend from that. However In the home page woocommerce put automatically a list on the home page like “last minutes offer”, I can change the numbers of columns in 2, 3 or 4 , but I cannot find the way to put the offer I like. Woocommerce take automatically from the product list in alphabetic order. what’s the mistake I made? Thanks
Jamie Marsland

Next time maybe don’t put the mic directly on the larynx so we don’t hear every breath and swallow.

Eike Urke
Hi, how to get rid of the empty space in the upper part of the page? Between the menu and the title of the page. I was hoping that storefront pro would enable me to shorten this white empty gap but does not seem so. 🙁
Jamie Marsland
Hi, yup there’s an option in customize page – details here https://www.pootlepress.com/2018/10/storefront-pro-5-9-introduces-improved-support-for-gutenberg-and-storefront-blocks/
