M eet Ms. SWAT-i, an Item Owner (PO) for whom whatever is a fire-fighting operation. She deals with whatever as a SWAT group operation, frequently at the last minute.

Anti-patterns

Ms. PO, you wish to guarantee your group stops working? Utilize a few of these anti-patterns

Over dedicating to your stakeholder (groveling them !?) without consulting your group.

State ‘Yes’ to every modification that comes your method. State ‘Yes’ to all the demands from your stakeholders and pressing them to ‘in-flight’ sprints

Play musical chair with your group in the sprint! Keep altering top priorities even for those stories within your sprint.

Doing the item owner function by committee! (Attempting to keep everybody pleased in the stakeholders neighborhood)

Rather of being a bridge in between dev group and consumers, stakeholder neighborhood, get them into pissing contest, having them implicating each other. It’s more vital to discover somebody to blame rather then providing worth!
