Thanks for an informative video
A non EU company that does drop shipping in the USA
That company has restricted access to the majority of major payment gateways in Asia
That company wants me to work for them in Ireland as an agency
(In Ireland almost all payment gateways work well)
To resolve the payment gateways issues
The business model points
Principle company in Asia
Agency in Ireland
The agency’s bank account will receive all revenue from dropshipping/ecommerce
A commission of 5% will be kept by the agency and 95% will be forwarded to its principal company in Asia
My question is
Do I have to pay taxes on my 5% commission or entire revenue?
Thanks
Walter Dunphy
Hey it would be just on the 5% less your expenses I believe
Gregory Umeh
thanks for the video, when I have completed the form where or who do send it to
Walter Dunphy
Your local revenue office

Do you have a video on how to file a tax return, set of accounts etc for a LLC? Ive been quoted 1500 by an accounting firm, which seems excessive at this stage. Cheers, Mike

Hi, thank you very much for the informative video. I have a couple of questions if you don’t mind. I am just trying to register for corporation tax at the moment.
Q1: Part A Q8: “When the business activity commence?”
I haven’t commenced trading/started doing any business as I thought I needed to register for Corp Tax before I start? So is it okay to leave this piece blank if trading/business has not commenced yet?
Q2: Part A Q12, b: “Website Address”
My anticipated online sales is 100% but I have not got my e-commerce site set up yet. Is it okay to leave this piece blank?
Peace
Looking for how to fill TR1
