Hi Inggrid, if you’re using the HiSmile ones then you would only need to use one treatment every so often. I would discontinue using and give your teeth a break and use one strip again maybe next month. I would also recommend messaging HiSmile to see what they say too. I hope that helps! Xx

Oh no are your teeth dry enough when you apply them, sometimes I need to wipe my teeth before apply them as they can slip around. Also tuck the excess up and over the teeth. i hope that helps and thank you for watching! xx
