I have tried this method, exactly as shown, but after 5 or 6 days i started to suffer from diarrhea.
After brushing I always made shure not to swallow any of it, but tiny bits do get into your stomach.
The diarrhea could well be caused by other factors, but I Googled it up and hydrogen peroxide is known to cause diarrhea when swallowed, even in very small quantities.

Yes, this actually does work. I used it only once and teeth became instantly whiter. Just don’t do it everyday, maybe once a month, because it actually will erode teeth if used everyday.

Baking soda is a well known cleaning method that has been around for decades. That’s why some toothpaste brands include baking soda in their formula and branding. What’s the point of the hydrogen peroxide? Is the risk of ingestion complications worth the (unknown) benefit? Don’t you think people should discuss with their dentist?

FYI—baking soda causes adhesives in your mouth to break down over time…this includes veneers or any dental work using an adhesive. Just sayin (or warning)
