TWIL – Ep.1


I’m beginning to compose Today I Find Out (TWIL) in the spirit of constant enhancement. I hope it assists me keep in mind how far I go and get feedback on my idea; even much better, it enables you not to be caught on comparable errors.

As a #coach, I simply understood we typically deal with the unideal scenario. A few of our colleagues left the business, and I require to keep the group engaged and continue to run business.

Today I find out that simply supporting the group in this condition with simply actually stating “begun men,” “what can I assist,” and so on, sounds/feels worthless. We require to alter our uniform from a coach to an enabler: “so, what should I do?” “how to make this occur?” and so on

It’s a various spirit.

I understand there will be a judgment: “No, as a coach, you need to make your group able to do the job by themself (self-organized).”

Yes, I understand it. However I believe the most essential thing, in the start, is to meet the group’s requirements initially. Along the method, then we can begin to hand over the job one by one.

Simply my idea, do you have any other much better concept?
