Great video. Unfortunately I didn’t get good results when I went vegan. I got really sick and immediately felt better when I caved and ate a steak a month later. I guess everybody’s different and a balanced diet works the best for me.

When I was younger we got two puppies from the same litter. They both ended up with parvo and only one survived! The vet took him home and kept him in her bathtub with constant iv fluids to save him. Poor pup

It’s not all that hard. I don’t think you need a team of experts. Just eat enough to satiate your hunger of plant based foods–beans (so many wonderful kinds), rice, pasta, vegetables, bread, nuts, and more fresh wonderful vegetables. I eat every three hours as much as I want, never feel too full, and all is well. If you want, go to Whole Foods or other stores that stock alternatives and get some Just Egg, vegan cheese, some “burgers” –so many kinds., then you can have your old favorites. My favorite is no tuna tuna fish from Whole Foods. Maybe if the goal is being a body builder, then, no matter what, there are other considerations; however, for most of us, it’s a no-brainer.

I’m now eating a salad with … uh… some parts of cooked fried pig ( NNNOOOOOooooo) ( oké; i did NOT 👍🤭)… ( for sure when its stressed max during 2 minuten in C¹O² 😳👻☠, they say it tasts more tender 😳) surrounded with the shittube of the pig….
and of course baby-spinazi and paksoy… tenderly tortured with salt and pepper and drowned in rice-oil ( : the smell of vegetables than becomes free as a nice-smilling contious scream of Hell Pain towards death) … and rice-oil is nice; embryo-rice squeezed max so liquid oily juice streams, so please take fatter rice-babies because they are mòre fatty so more liquid oil is squeezed out…
and with cashewnuts; super tasty embryonolic ofspring/descendants…. Vegetables dye in 2-5 days (!?.. see the video-link?), while meat dies on totalbody AND cellular-level within max 45minutes, regular 20min, because all mitochondria go in stop powerdown within 2-20 minutes , …. while vegetables are still alive going in our stomach…. 😳😳😳🤖
( neglectind and ignoring the fact we need huge amounts of fields and or greenhouses/flats to produce vegetables for all people ( we are with wayoff tooooo many humans…) ? And therefor have to produce vegetables in a monocult-massive way as we do with pigs/chicken/salmon/cows/trout/eso….
I myself prefer to eat basic molecules and needed atoms, though i have to withstand the knispring and smell of deathscreaming vegetables and will miss the taste of bbq-meat…. pfffff….. 🤭🤭🤭😳💩🤪🥳🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

As a person studying to get my RD and be a dietician the people who he’s talking to don’t actually have the depth of knowledge or the credentials to be telling him what he should be eating. Doctor’s only get about seven hours of nutrition training per year while REGISTERED dietitians get thousands of hours of practice before they get their credentials. While a vegan diet is beneficial for heart health it can be low in certain nutrients. The statement “I did my research” can also be very misleading. True research means that you read research articles with sound methods free from bias. Not only is access to research articles sometimes difficult but the lay person doesn’t always understand them well and the finer details can be missed.

The Mediterranean diet is supposed to be really healthy because the countries that eat it have none if the diseases that are common today and the people live a long life. That is predominantly plants with whole grains and lots of olive oil and small amounts of fish and meat. I am going to try that. I did go vegan for 3 years based on animal welfare and was determined that even if I had to only eat baked beans on toast for the rest of my life I wouldn’t eat meat or dairy again, but I relapsed because I didn’t feel that I was living up to the standard internally and felt like a fake so I ate meat again because I enjoy it.

The documentaries ain’t lying, going vegan changed my life. It reversed some of my chronic diseases and improved my mental health. Like you when I started out I was always hungry and it made me start gaining weight. But I came up with a trick, cut out the oils or eat a little of it and eat the fruits and vegetables you used to for hunger.
