I am so grateful this series exists! I can not await book 2 now !! This was a terrific relaxing secret with an incredible pet dog everybody will fall for and wacky characters to keep you chuckling!

When Maddy acquires her just recently passed excellent auntie’s house, bakeshop, and pet dog, she’s certainly in over her head. She mores than happy to simply offer everything and get the cash for more shoes, other than that there’s a stipulation in this will. She can’t simply offer it, she’s got to reside in your house, run the bakeshop, and look after the pet dog. When a murder and a fire occur in her very freshly gotten bakeshop, her entire life turns upside down as she discovers that she wishes to discover the killer and conserve the bakeshop!

Maddy is a character who you might extremely quickly NOT like. She’s matured fortunate and very ruined, and yet, she’s incredible!! She’s got a terrific heart, and while she’s got some defects, she’s very ready to extend and grow and find out!

I enjoyed her and the pet dog together. Their relationship development was stunning, and I can’t await more of it! In addition to those 2 characters, there is a variety of side characters that develop a lot of minutes of laughter. I make sure this is going to be a series that I pre-buy in the future due to the fact that I can not wait to see what occurs next for these characters!

My only problem with this story was that I believed the ending and wrap-up occurred very quickly. I was so bought the story, and I would have gladly checked out a couple of more chapters to fill it out a bit more. General though, this was a strong story, and I extremely advise it for readers of relaxing secrets !!
